Cumin seeds<br />2 Green chillies, chopped<br />Curry leaves<br />Roasted Peanuts<br />2 Potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed<br />2 cups Saboodana (Sago), soaked for 2-3 hours, drained and covered with a cloth<br />1 tsp. Black salt<br />Juice of a lemon<br />½ tsp. Sugar (optional)<br />Coriander leaves<br /><br /><br />Method:-<br />1. In a pan heat ghee and add cumin seeds, green chili, curry leaves, roasted peanuts and fry well.<br />2. Then add the potatoes and fry them well followed by saboodana and cook.<br />3. Add black salt, mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes covered with a lid.<br />4.
